The complimentary* technology assessment generally has two components - the Business Assessment and the Technical Assessment:

The Business Assessment: MTC will meet with you to discuss and help identify your business needs, current processes and goals. This will help us determine where technology can provide a clear return on investment.

The Technical Assessment: This stage of the assessment will focus on your current IT set-up, identify gaps and establish what sort of IT system is required in order to achieve your business goals.

After the assessment you will receive a written Business Assessment Summary from MTC outlining the recommended technology solutions required to support your business goals.

As a guide, for businesses with 2-24 PCs a Technology Assessment typically consists of a one-hour business assessment and one-hour technical review.

Depending on the complexity of your business, a technology assessment may take longer than two hours to complete; up to the first two hours is complimentary*.

It is within MTC’s discretion to charge for any additional time incurred over two hours. Please check with MTC for estimated time and applicable rates.
